Our pizzas are produced using authentic traditional Italian methods and manufacturing processes.

For instance our Stone baked pizza dough is prepared and then left overnight to develop and improve the flavour. The dough is hand stretched and baked in the stone bake ovens.

We supply our pizzas in chilled & frozen formats in a variety of packaging solutions. Working closely with our partners we have a pizza topping choice of over 200 ingredients.

Our pizzas can be supplied as traditional stone baked or wood fired.

This year we are developing a new soft dough base, a flatbread (Piadina) style pizza, as well as working to create a healthier option pizza range for people with special dietary requirements.
