We use very traditional but different techniques in creating our raw pastry, utilising two long established family owned companies based in France.

They have worked to develop our range using traditional recipes and methods developed over decades to produce a quality finished product suitable for today’s demanding market.

From the traditional all butter or margarine based short crust and puff pastry products, to offering the specialised filo and the more refined feuilles de bric, our pastry options can be used to create a variety of dishes.

We were the first company to bring feuilles de bric pastry into the UK market. Today it is being utilised by top chefs and television celebrities like Delia Smith.

Feuilles de bric is currently growing in popularity due to its unique heritage and overall versatility in creating Sweet or Savoury dishes in the catering environment.
